Superior Process
Our products are manufactured through a combination of superior processes. Our steel is produced through primary steel making route using iron ore pellets from captive mines. It is subsequently processed through the direct reduction plant, electric arc furnace and ladle furnace to refine the steel to the fullest extent and continuously cast into the billets. The resulting steel is of superior quality, containing no harmful ingredients, and ensures the desired and consistent properties are in the product.
Each of our products is made from pure iron, with the most advanced technology, giving it added strength and ductility. Controlled chemistry and high-tech plants make us one the leading steel manufacturers in the region. We manufacture an impressive range of product sizes and grades to meet the requirements of a wide variety of applications and end users.
High-yield deformed steel bars for concrete reinforcement in sizes 8 to 32 millimeters and 8 to 12 meter long are produced by quenching process for superior mechanical properties to specifications ASTM A615 GR 60, BS 4449 (97) GR 460B, and BS 4449 (05) GR B500B. Deformed reinforcing coils are produced to specifications BS 4449/97 Grade 460B; while plain wire rod is produced to steel grades AISI/SAE 1005 to 1038.
