Emirates Steel's significant investment in the structural steel manufacturing technology will place our heavy sections mill amongst the most advanced in the world. Where the application needs it, we will be able to produce structural sections to the most demanding specifications, well beyond the minimum requirements set by UAE, regional and international standards for dimensional tolerance and material performance.
Relying on our acquired in-depth knowledge of material behavior and flexibility, our manufacturing control will enable us to produce bespoke sections where the dimensions and properties of a section will be tailored to the particular needs of our customers. As part of our commitment to quality, environment, health & safety and customer requirements, Emirates Steel is planning to upgrade the scope of the Integrated Management System to include the Heavy Section Mill. The system will be certified by accreditation bodies, such as the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Lloyds Register, DNV, TUV and other standards.

will be cast from ultra clean steels and precision will be rolled
in our powerful and technically-advanced beam mill.
Manufacturing consistency and dimensional accuracy will be
assured by sophisticated process control equipment at every
stage of production, together with the use of automatic gauge
control in the mill.
