We are moving towards a more proactive safety performance by involving and encouraging the staff for reporting of potential near misses and incidents (unsafe acts / unsafe conditions).
Various health & safety training programmes, safety promotion campaigns are developed to promote the industry best practices and raise the safety awareness and social responsibility.
Risk Assessment and Management
ESI is continuously striving to achieve excellence in HSE performance and has developed a comprehensive approach to identify hazards by conducting Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessments, Environmental Audits and regular site inspections.
Our Safety Management System is a risk-based system and includes a comprehensive range of mandatory requirements to provide a frame work for self-regulation and continuous improvement in performance.
