As a social responsibility, our management team has planned to recruit UAE nationals in different areas of operations. ESI has also adopted the approach of sponsoring high school graduates to develop a talent management pool for ESI's Emiratization plans.
To support the future of sponsored students, ESI successfully introduced scholarship programs in 2007. These programs will support the growing requirements of the job market for our future expansion needs.

HR – Training and Career Development team are dedicated to providing mentoring, coaching and guidance to all UAE nationals on operational positions, under development (trainee) and scholars/study leavers.
Furthermore the Training & Career Development team extends its support by continuously promoting a learning and development culture within ESI to keep up with the company’s goals and objectives.
